Following are the eligibility that are required to pursue BBA-
Eligibility for Admission (Indian Students) Passed XII or equivalent course in any discipline from any recognized Board / Council / University with minimum 50% marks for general (open) category and 45% marks for students of SC and ST category.
So if you've got the necessary percentage you'll be able to apply for BBA.

Yes, there is no such restrictions that a science student shouldn't do BBA. Many of my classmates and friends have gone ahead to pursue BBA and are graduating this month after successful three years course. It's challenging a beautiful journey of learning every day. A field which has multiple options available to survive in. It's definitely not rocket science, it is simple when you understand and put in words. In order I say you have a bright future ahead if you lead your studies properly with passion, you will be successful. All the best for your bright future.
