well it is not a full-time job, rather it is like an internship.
GEMS B SCHOOL will place the student in a suitable job related to the student's specialisation like HR, Marketing, Retail, Finance, Banking, Construction, etc. The student will be paid a full time salary and not a stipend for this job.
