Admission after compartment.
I scored 250 rank in IPU CET but had compartment in maths. Can I get admission in IPU after clearing the exam.

For sure, Plus your rank is really good. You can get the best college like VIPS for journalism and mass communication. Just clear you compartment and you are all set.
