admission help

I got 2,16,933 rank in aieee and 54935 rank in upsee i have some options like icfai dehradun,pratp univ,jaipur and some collg in jaipur like skit,jec,jecrc,bmit,jaipur natnl univ etc but cnfused which is good. Please help me as my rank is poor i cant get good colleges through counselling.
