Admission in B.Tech computer Science.
I got 58% in JEE and 64%in 12th with physics chemistry math. Please suggest some good engineering college within 5lac budget.

You have obtained about 58 percentile in JEE Mains and you desire that you should get admission for the branch of computer Science engineering. Right? I am afraid with this percentile your chances of getting admission in the normal course are very remote. The only way you can get your desired branch is by applying to the management quota of private engineering colleges or deemed to be universities. You need to approach them individually and enquire since no information is available in the public domain. Best wishes to you.
