Admission in Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University Gandhinagar!

I want to know about the amission procedure of Pandit deendayal Petroleum University. Merit is made on the basis of AIEEE rankings. Form previous year analysis i found that six merit are prepared. so how students are selected from the merit for admission?? http://www.spt.pdpu.ac.in/announcement.html
