admission to cross departments by writting gate

hi, im venkat ,ive compltd my btech in industrial biotechnology wherein i had max courses of chemical eng. so i wrote GATE in chemical eng. and got all india 23 rank wid score 692 applying fr cross dept plz temme which colg can actly provide me a seat in mtech..iisc im nt eligible.plz temme...
