Admission to mbbs private/government colleges through neet result.

I have qualified neet with percentile score of43.5399.my NEET all india rank is 368471.my neet all india st category rank is 14827.my bihar state quota rank in st category is 292.plz suggest which mbbs college(private/government) i am likely to get through this neet score.
