Admissions to German universities
I had applied to two German universities namely stuttgart and hamburg. I thought that due to their not so high overall ranking(I usually refer to arwu.org) the chances should be high. But I got rejected even before I could submit my complete application. How to decide which univs. are safe to apply?

Hi Ashish, Most German Universities are state owned and in general require students with atleast 8.0 CGPA or 80% percent marks and also fairly decent knowledge of German language to be considered for admissions.
