Admit possibility for MS in USA or Canada with low GPA.

I am working in an American MNC as a tech support engineer from past 3 years & I am interested in applying for MS in USA or Canada(MIS course) for fall 2021. I graduated from VTU with 55% aggregate. I want to know my chances of acceptance if I have good GRE score(>310), SOP, LOR & work experience.
