ADMITTED IN (DELHI UNIVERSITY) IN B.SC. CS, WAITING FOR (U.P.T.U.) COUNCELLING, OBC 37000 RANK IN IT FOR B.TECH. WHAT IS BETTER TO DO?

PLEASE SUGGEST ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I HAVE ONLY 3 DAYS LEFT TO TAKE DECISION....! I AM VERY CONFUSED & DISTURBED DUE TO THIS. I HAVE TWO CHOISES INFRONT OF ME, B.SC COMPUTER SCIENCE FROM D.U. OR B.TECH. FROM U.P.T.U. COLLEGES.
