Advice about the path I should follow to establish myself as a Power Plant Engineer. Also which is Best IIT for Thermal Engineer, M Tech?

I am in 4th year of my B. Tech program in Mechanical Engineering, in NIT, Nagpur, India. I am currently preparing for GATE exam. Should I apply at NTPC, as Graduate Engineer in Power Plant, or should I get admission in IIT through GATE exam for M. Tech in Thermal Engineering and hope NTPC.

Every IIT is best . IIT kanpur , IIT Khargpur , IIT Delhi , IIT Bombay , IIT Chennai all are best first clear the GATE Exam with good marks probably more than 45 marks in GATE then only you have chance to get IIT..........
