go for 12th and then graduation bsc ba etc. it will take 3 year and with grad start competition preparation( math reasioning g.k. ). you can take ssc. bank po. exam and believe me job will be in your hand at 26

As you have not completed your 12th so according to me on the bases of 10th you can do any 3yr diploma course and best thing is you can complete this course within 1yr by taking fast track option.
