Advice regarding the GFMP program by BSE.

I was planning to pursue the GFMP program by BSE. I would attending the classes in Delhi as its nearer to my place. Will it make any difference if i do it frm delhi instead of Mumbai? And what are the placements they offer?the avg package? what future prospect does this course hold?
