Aerospace Engineering after Mechanical Engineering Possible??

Hi, I am pursuing my B.tech in Mechanical Engineering from IP Univ Delhi. Can i pursue a masters in Aerospace Engineering (abroad) after completing my b.tech? Will it be diff 2 to do an MS(Aerospace) coz im not pursuing a bachelors in Aerospace engineering? Admission process? Eligibilty Criteria ?
