Hi Pooja,
It would be difficult to find any degree course in such specific areas as news reader/ announcer etc. for this you have to look for some short term courses. If you are looking for a degree programme, as suggested by Thesis Masters you should opt for Bachelors in Journalism & Mass Communic

do BA in mass Communication and Journalism. Delhi University , Jamia Milia Islamia , I.P University Delhi and all Central University are good for this Course.
