After 10th I went to Hyderabad for 11,12th.Delhi is my native place. what is my status-local or non local for DCE/IP/other delhi college.

I cleared 10th from Delhi and went to Hyderabad for Inter 1st and 2nd yr alongwith coaching for IITJEE and AIEEE. I want to pursue B.Tech from Delhi as it is my native place. I understand I will be treated as non-local for admission in Delhi college of Engineering/ IP or other delhi colleges.
