After 12 what carrier are available in business

Courses available after 12 in business i am interested in business of jewelry and my father got a same business but i wanted to expand it and get more knowledge than them and am interested in business management too! i wanted to do gemelogy and MBA. Wish to study in IIM college of ahemdabad.
