Hi,
After completing 12th from commerce background, you may pursue some of the below mentioned courses:
BBA.
BBM.
B.Com, and many more courses.
Besides the courses mentioned above you may also pursue some of the below mentioned courses:
BHM (Hotel Management)
Mass Communication.
Event Managemen

you have wide range of options. you can do bcom,bms,bba,baf,bbi etc. bcom and bba are common courses while bms ( bachelor of management studies ), baf ( bachelor of accounting and finance ), bbi ( bachelor of business insurance ) are specialized courses. choose any one according to interest.
