First of all, it depends upon your interest. But, if you need this answer without any perspective, B.Tech IT will be good for your future, because after this course, you can get a direct placement with a decent package. Hope it helps.

It mostly depends on you. You can pursue it either, and make big out of it. Though in engineering, you will get lot better exposure. So, if you are into computer, go for B.Tech and also consider computer engineering, as an option, as you'll also learn hardware aspect of computers and give you a bett
