After 2 years of B.E from Mumbai University, I want to change to some other university out of Mumbai, directly to 3rd or 2nd yr, please help

I have done 2 years (actually 5 Sems, all clear) of BE in Comp.Science from Mumbai University. I wish to not continue in this university. Is it possible to pursue the rest of this degree from another college out of Mumbai? Will I get direct admission to the 3rd or 2nd year? Please advise. Thank you!
