After 3 years Diploma in IT what stream I shud choose to face IAS exam ?

I was a science student in school. I passed class X (CBSE) with overall 58%, and did my 3 year Diploma scoring 59%. I want study BA and at the same time planning to do coaching for IAS. How can I prepare for IAS ? Pls guide me.
