The choice to pursue one of them in this situation is entirely up to you, just as it would be if you had enough financial security to give up your job and enrol in an MBA programme full-time. Going for an executive MBA will get you a sizable income and a promotion if you don't want to quit your job.

Under this situation it is totally your decision to pursue any of them as if you are having financial stability so you can quit your job and pursue full time MBA. If you don't want to lose your job then you should go for executive MBA as it gives you a massive salary as well as position hike.
