After 7 yrs working in food indust. now i am persuing sap pp (not certif.) after complt i will join as enduser how much i will get salary ?

7 yrs exp in food indust., joining sap pp ,expecting salary ? where can i apply after compl. of pp module ? what is future prospect ? employer can hire as as fresher ? i dont have sap pp exp.! , expecting suggestion.
