After 7th round reporting at iits.
Sir we are from Telangana we may expect EEE in IIT Patna in last round of JoSAA. But there is only one for reporting in IIT Patna. How it us possible? May we report in IIT Hyderabad on 19/07/2019?

Yes, you can report to your the nearest IIT for reporting or else you can visit IIT-Patna. It's your choice, but you have to do it in given time. If it's given IIT-Patna in that day in your provisional seat allotment to report then you have to report at IIT Patna only.
