After B.Tech in IT, you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch .

It depends on your personal interests. if you wanna make your future in IT field then B.Tech is enough. M.Tech will lead you to be academician in IT field only. no more such professional advantage of it.
