Hello Ashutosh, Eligibility criteria for MCA is 3 year graduation from recognized University. As you have completed B.com you can visit the nearest learning center and apply.

You can go for job oriented courses like Hospitality, International Hotel Management, Healthcare, Event Management, and Corporate Administration that are being offered by institutes. Although it all depends on individual interest level.
Course duration is also 1 year and students can earn back 5

yes it is possible but you have at least one subject as MATH in graduation or in 12th , if you not have maths then you can MCA through correspondence
