After B.Com can I do master in statistics. In B.Com I had statistic in 3rd semester. So, can I do? Please give me reply.

If you had Statistics in B.Com only you can join M.Sc (Statistic ) (minimum 60% marks).
Only a few seats for M Sc Statistics. The first preference is B Sc Statistics or Maths with Statistics. It is unlikely to get a seat in PG statistics for B.Com degree holders.
