after b.com (distance learning) which courses is helpful for me as per my description given below?
i am working for tatadocomo from last 4.3 years in the gallery but still i had not got promotion due to degree problem however i had completed that from distance learning recently.i am going to get my result in feb 2013.so kindly suggest me my next step so that it helps me in my carrer to bost

You may consider-
1. LLB, M.Com, CA or CRISIL Certified Analyst Program or in banking sector like Diploma in Banking & Financial Services.
2. MBA with specializations like Financial Management, Management Studies, Marketing Management, Human Resources Development Management, Information Tec

1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.com etc)
