After B.E , i planned to do PG Diploma in Import and Export management for 1 year , Will i get a good job ?

I am Gowtham nirmal from karur, Tamilnadu. I completed my B.E in Mechanical Engineering by this year (2014 passout) . I had an idea of doing PG DIPLOMA IN IMPORT AND EXPORT MANAGEMENT , for 1 year and then MS in Automobile Eng. abroad. Can i get a job in Automobile industry with Diploma knowledge.
