after B.E in instrumentation

i m in my 3rd year instrumentation engg. I wud like to become safety officer with airline industry is their any course that will help me out. if so what r exmas that i wud hav 2 prepare. and my second option is to be oil industry in same safety section. what is scope of both the fields..
