after B.E. Mech Engg, what i must do next for a lucrative career?

i finished B.E. & working as mechanical design engineer in bike company for 6 months. i like to do higher studies but i don't know what specialization. i'm interested in Design field. which is better? "M.Tech" in engg design/product design n development/ M.S. in design -or any other?which is better?

    If you think you can contribute to the world of Engineering, then an MTech would be a good choice. But if you feel you can be a better manager, then MBA might suit you
