Yes, you are eligible for pursuing M.Tech in Agriculture, Agriculture in Graduation level, whereas in Post-Graduation level (Agriculture) LPU is offering below programs,
1) M.Sc. Ag. (Agronomy)
2) M.Sc. Ag. (Soil Science and Agriculture Chemistry)
3) M.Sc. Ag. (Genetics & Plant Breeding)
4) M.Sc. A

Many institutions prefer BE or B.Tech instead of B.Sc in case of admissions but there is no hard and fast rule in most of the colleges or institutions.

Yes, you can continue your graduation in agriculture to Masters in agriculture, you are eligible to do M.Sc. In agriculture after B.Sc. In agriculture.
