After B.Sc. In biotechnology which is the best job Oreanted course?

I have done B.Sc. In biotechnology from Amravati, Maharashtra. Now I wish to complete my master's in biotechnology field but I didn't know about the entrance exams, now application date has gone. What should I do? Please guide me!
