If you are interested in technology or technological innovation are you want to play with system or create or develop software or studying hours and hours for research than MCA is right choice for you and if you are interested towards business side of want to know more and more about business and economy or want to become an entrepreneur in future or no the things like how the business and economy is driven then MBA is right a option for you.

That subject will be benifical for you in which you can perform well. You are a science student now. If you are going well in science, then there should be no better option other than M.Sc. For you. If you not have good work in science, then you change the stream. If your marketing subjects are good then go for MBA. If you perform well in computer field, then go to MCA. All the best.
