after b.tech in computer science which master degree is better MBA or M.TECH/MS ??

I will rate MS from USA, MBA from IIM, M.Tech from IIT in that order.
In second rung, I will rate MBA from top-25 B-school in India, MS from Newzeeland, Australia, Canada, UK and M.Tech. from NIT in that order.
In third rung, I will rate M.Tech. from any good college of India, MBA from top-50-B-sch
