After B.Tech
I got a job in HCL bt it is technical support officer . it comes under BPO naa...does it is considered as work experience if i would pursue MBA??? and im in confusion where to do my PG overseas or india..plzz give me advice..

If you do your MBA from India, definitely your experience would be counted. But doing MBA from India makes sense only if you can get through top 50 colleges as these have more or less 100 percent placements.
Also the cost of an Indian MBA is comparatively very less than that of an overseas MBA. Cost of an Indian MBA could be as low as INR10450pa charged by FMS to as high as 15.5 lakhs charged by IIMA. But the cost of overseas MBA will be more than 20 lakhs. -

Your work experience in technical support will surely be considered as a work experiences, when you apply for MBA.
Pursuing MBA abroad is a good option the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
