After B.Tech, you can go for job training and internships programmes. It will make you an industry fit candidate which make you land an IT job. Another option, you can join for post-graduation in your field. If you have a flavor for teaching, Post-Graduation would be good. Or else, after post-graduation, if you are looking for a technical job, you have to do the same thing. As you are freshers and not fit as per industry standards. -
