When u Completed ma psychology at TISS then u can get jobs but TISS is not easy it's like IIT so work hard and prepare but first join Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh for Ba (honours) psychology and also prepare for Tata

Yes, as rightly suggested by @Kalaraju Pulugurtha, MBA would be the right choice but you need to do it from a reputed institution like IIM's for a high paying career in the corporate world.
