After BA in clinical psychology from IGNOU, can I study MA in clinical psychology from any normal university?

Still, there is a confusion. I've completed my HS in 2010 & after that, there is a long gap due to a crisis. Now, I'm a graduate from IGNOU. Yesterday, I checked my result, it's all clear. I am a graduate & now I want to study more.

IGNOU's degree is at par with any degree of any good university in India. So, you surely can apply for MA in any regular university. But there is a catch.
