If you are interested in Research, Teaching then Masters in Engineering will be good. But if you are interested in managerial roles in Infrastructure industry then PG in Infrastructure Business Management will be best suited for you. You can become Project manager with PG and your Civil Engineering.

M.Tech in Information Technology is not given in IIT Roorkee's website. how can you provide that information here ?
