After BCA you can go for MBA (IT),there are many scope in related to this field in industry like IT and Software industries and many non IT also.

Doing MBA in IT s good choice ..... as there is a growth in IT for students in from IT background....But choosing right college is very important.Business Schools r colleges having good placement history s important to get into d IT industry.

As you are doing BCA so better option for you will be MBA in IT as it covers wast subjects as compared to MBA in Systems.

Better to go for MBA in IT. Best colleges offering the same are SCIT and Amity.

Those who wish to take up a management job with technology companies can choose to study MBA in Systems Management. Those who like to practice a technical job in software engineering & development can choose the MCA course.
