You should start with what is your preference and what is your strength . Though I know its difficult to get to the answers to these questions when you are in your 20's or even 30's. But you can start this by identifying what you love/enjoy doing.
(a) You enjoy creating software,you can write tons

hello Rakesh! MCA is better then MBAIT for u bcoz u hav done BCA.. bcoz most companies consider mbaIT only after BTECH......
