Yes, you can go for M.A. (Psychology) after your BPT. Eligibility for M.A. (Psychology) in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree. (It may vary with the University you choose)

For becoming a clinical psychologist, you need to have Bachelors/Masters in psychology. For Master's degree in the course, the eligibility is as follows:
Candidates must complete B.Sc degree or equivalent (branch psychology) from a recognized university.
Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% of marks in graduation
Some reputed colleges and Institutes do conduct entrance examination to get admission to their M.Sc degree course.
Duration: This course duration is 2 years.It divided into 4 semesters.
