After btech a campus placement as technical support engineer at Unisys banglore at 3lakh pa is better or a masters degree from australia ?

I am doing my Btech in computer science.Its my last sem and i fortunately got placed in unisys banglore as Technical support Er. at 3 lakh P.a.,my question is is the job worth it should i get some experience then opt for higher education from abroad or just go abroad after my btech finishes !
