Yes, Germany doesn't accept students who have done Diploma from India. Give IELTS exam and try to get certification in German language in order to be eligible for every university as some university teaches courses in German language.

Yes, of course you can get admission as you're preparing for IELTS and try to get into GAT. Well it will be very good for you to get into colleges of Germany as they consider the Diploma in mechanical engineering.
