Dear suman
In my opinion first you complete your masters with MCA because MCA will give you a reputation job then if you want to do more, Then do MBA . After MBA it will become easy to get job in any MNCs. You can also prepare for CAT after MCA . see if you take job after bca then after 3 or 4 years

today MCA and MBA both are good but for better future you also have to go for research field
