After completing 1 years in another college can I get admission in srm university Chennai in 2 years in B.Pharma department?

Yes, you can transfer to the college. But it can be done only if you have a good performance in your academics. It also depends on the mutual acceptance of both colleges.

Yes you can. Your credits will be transferred from 1st semester.

No, If you want to then you will have to start from 1st year again, but you can't jump directly to 2nd year in SRM.
