After completing 1st semester in one University can I transfer to another University to complete the remaining Masters program in USA?

I got admitted into Wichita state university for Masters program. After completing 1st Semester in Wichita, can I transfer to University of central Missouri University to complete the remaining Masters course or do I need to start again from 1st in UCMO? What are the pro's and con's of transfer?

The rules of the transfer are different form University to university. You will have to chekc in with the two universities involved in your case i.e. the one you intend to leave and the one you intend to join. Generally it is very difficult unless you have a very valid reason behind it.
