After completing a 3 years degree course in 5 years, can I expect a final call from IIFT after scoring a very high score in IIFT exam?

It is a little difficult. You will have to convince the interviewer. If they are convinced, it is possible.

You have to appear in the IIFT entrance test that happens every year in November and obtain above cutoff marks to appear in the subsequent GD-PI-WAT rounds. There is no criteria related to minimum graduation percentage and no specific weightage to work experience. All the best!
